This is a fun and light-hearted 30 minute chat to understand:

  • What your current feedback/ performance management processes look like

  • Where you'd like these processes to be in 6 to 12 to 24 months

  • How your feedback culture plays into the broader business culture

  • Who the other decision makers are (their buy-in can really energise your people's engagement with the platform)

  • What's worked and what hasn't worked for you in the past, if relevant

  • What your tech requirements are, if relevant

This is a 45 minute Zoom call where we share our screen and take you on a custom tour of our amazing software.

Depending on your answers to our discovery call questions, we run this call in two different ways...

  • How we help you measure and improve key metrics important to your business
