There are 4 (four) (cuatro 💃🏼) ways to get your people inside your Howamigoing account.

You need to be an Admin or the Owner of your Howamigoing account to do this. Assuming you are, then go to the Admin part of the platform.

Adding people to your Howamigoing account will not automatically send them an invitation email and make their account active.

This allows you to add people, organise them into teams, assign managers and feedback viewers and other permissions, AND THEN welcome them to the platform. Just like you'd want to tidy your house before your guests arrive 🎉.

So... step 1 is to import your people... step 2 is to invite them.

When you invite them, they receive a welcome email from Howamigoing with a *magic link 🎪* to create a secure password and join your company's account.

To invite someone after they've been imported, go to Admin > People.

Click the 3 dots next to their name and then 'Send invite'. Easy!

Once you're in the Admin space, click on:

You can copy and paste up to 50 email addresses at a time. Just be sure to separate them with a comma, tab or space 🙏.

Note: If you don't select the box 'Send email invites now' then these people will not receive an invite to the platform yet. They'll be added to your account, but you'll need to come back to the Admin > People page to invite them later, so that they can access the platform and activate their account 😎.

First make sure your Slack integration is active!

Then just pick the people you want to pull across from Slack to Howamigoing.

Adding people via Slack will bring across their:

When you invite them, they'll receive an email AND a direct message in Slack 🤳.

Note: If you don't select the box 'Send invites now' then these people will not receive an invite to the platform yet. They'll be added to your account, but you'll need to come back to the Admin > People page to invite them later, so that they can access the platform and activate their account 😎.

First make sure your Personio integration is active!

Then just... feedback 'n chill. 😎

Anyone you add to Personio is automatically added to your Howamigoing account within 24 hours.

Note: If you don't select the box 'Send invites now' when you first integrate your Personio and Howamigoing accounts, then these people will not receive an invite to the platform yet. They'll be added to your account, but you'll need to come back to the Admin > People page to invite them, so that they can access the platform and activate their account 😎.
