You need to be an Admin within Howamigoing in order to send a Pulse survey. This is because Pulse surveys can result in the creation of new and sensitive company data.

If you're not an Admin, then speak to another Admin or the Owner of your Howamigoing account so they can make you an Admin on the platform.
