If you're an account Admin you'll see Pulse surveys on the left hand menu.
Click the menu item, and then click 'Create Pulse survey' on the top right of the screen.
From there, just follow the steps to:
Select the form you'd like to use
Select who you'd like to respond to the survey (you can include yourself)
Give the form a name
Select the dates you'd like the survey to run
And then... voila, set it live (or schedule it, if it's for a future date).
We'll take care of all the comms, letting those you've selected know that there's a Pulse survey awaiting their response.
